SAFETY & CONTROL
For everyone’s safety, all pets must remain on a leash or safely secured in their owner’s arms at all times while in the bathing area. Please never leave your pet unattended in the tub or bathing area.
CLIPPERS & SCISSORS
For safety and liability reasons, shears, scissors, clippers, and other cutting tools are not permitted for use in our self-wash baths.
AGGRESSIVE, FLEA/TICK, & SKUNK POLICY
Pets requiring special grooming due to fleas/ticks, specially medicated products, or skunk odor removal must have an appointment scheduled ahead of time so we can prepare the proper cleaning and sanitization procedures.
If your pet is uncomfortable around other pets or needs a quieter bathing experience, we recommend visiting during one of our less busy days (Monday-Wednesday) or calling ahead to reserve a private bath time.
BATHING TOOLS & TOWELS
Before leaving the wash station, please place all used grooming tools and towels in their designated bins located at the front of the wash area to help our staff properly clean, sanitize, and prepare the station for the next scrub club member.
SPRAYERS & DRYERS
Please make sure all sprayers and dryers are fully turned off before leaving your station. Help us conserve resources and keep the areas safe for all guests and staff.
TIME LIMITS & COURTESY
Please be respectful of fellow pet parents waiting to use the wash stations.
Our standard bath time is 30-45 minutes per visit. If your pup typically needs extra time, we kindly ask that you schedule an appointment or visit us during our less busy days (Monday-Wednesday), when additional time may be available.
